The Forum is seeking an inspiring transformative individual for the role of Operations Manager. The Operations Manager will be a critical part of our team, responsible for ensuring that operations run seamlessly, supporting focus on our core mission: driving systemic change and improving the lives of Black Minnesotans. This role requires a strategic thinker who can manage the day-to-day operational activities of the organization while also being forward-thinking in implementing systems and processes that enhance efficiency, foster collaboration, and support the long-term strategic goals of the Forum. The Operations Manager will report to the Chief Operating Officer (COO) and will have the chance to make a significant impact within an organization dedicated to fostering equity, innovation, and community-driven solutions.
