In North Minneapolis, the Community Co-designed STEAM Forward. Now The Forum Is Funding Its First Pilot Project.
The African American Leadership Forum’s STEAM Forward grant will back one of six community-authored ideas, from a Black sports medicine pipeline to a paid summer camp for “Black nerds” that Northside residents designed themselves. Applications close June 30.
