Change begins in conversation. In rooms where people feel safe enough to tell the truth. In spaces where listening is just as valued as speaking. That’s what we hold at The Forum.

Our events are where people come together—sometimes with clarity, sometimes with questions, always with purpose. We gather in ways that make room for complexity, for history, for imagination. Whether we’re in a community circle, a strategy session, or a multi-day conference, what we’re really doing is making space for Black Minnesotans to face forward together.

We talk about the hard things. We imagine what’s next. We learn from each other. We reconnect with what liberation feels like. And then—we act.
